At least three people were killed on Tuesday when a blast targeted a convoy of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Balochistan President Sardar Sanaullah Zehri. Zehri’s son, brother and nephew died in the attack.
Several people were also reported to have been injured by the explosion.
The blast took place in Anjira, tehsil Zehri of the province’s Khuzdar district.
According to initial reports, Zehri was unharmed in the blast; however, his son, brother and nephew were among those dead.
