Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said he would start his party election campaign from April 20.
In an address to party workers from Lahore, Multan, Quetta and Larkana via video link on Tuesday, Bilawal warned PPP opponents that the party would give ‘surprising results’ in the upcoming general elections.
He said those who thought the PPP was out of the election race lived in a fools’ paradise.
Bilawal said the PPP did not do any political witch hunt during its tenure, adding that there were no political prisoners during its rule.
He also demanded the caretaker government provide security to PPP’s election candidates.
