The election tribunal on Monday rejected former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf’s appeal to review the rejection of his nomination papers in NA-250.
His nomination papers for NA-250 Karachi were rejected on charges of violating the constitution and sacking top judges.
Earlier, Musharraf’s nomination papers for NA-139 were also rejected by a returning officer of the ECP. His papers were rejected following six objections made by advocate Javed Kasuri.
One of the objections stated that the ex-general does not meet the criteria established in Article 62 and 63 of the constitution.
Pakistan Muslim League–Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) also challenged Musharraf’s nomination papers for NA-32 constituency in Chitral.
The former dictator is in the middle of numerous political and legal hurdles since his return from self-exile last month.
No body is convincing General that army has spared him for chitral only as his no ex lovers are ready to spare him a single seat for hi.Not altaf bhai karachi waly and chaudry brothers of Gujarat are going to waste their seat for his favor.
hmm and also Ameer Muqam his brother from Swat.
every dog has his day. this son of a B at long last is facing his justice though a bit late.
If wisdom prevails with the General he should retire like other four star Generals and do some farming.
Any person with some common sense would laugh at the Intellect of posters. Idiots pose to know every thing but they are factually suffering from mental Disease. Yes every Dog has his day like you are having Today.
Another stunt by SC to gain media publicity and wasting nation's time.
Musharraf was the best thing that had happened to Pakistan. Sad to see a nation so ungrateful to a true patriot.
army personal are way more loyal to the country then judges and leaders of political parties. all the courts are politcially motivated and have their loyalties with one political party or another. its all cheap justice. their is no justice. these judges should be hanged by army alongside with leaders of political parties. pmln and ppp mainly.
