The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sent two officers back to their parents departments and also demoted the Member Inspection Team from Grade BS-22 to 21.
According to a notification, issued by the IHC Registrar Office, Additional District and Sessions Judge Syed Muzaffar Ali Shah has been sent back to Lahore High Court as his appointment was not made in accordance with rules.
The chief justice also sent Joint Estate Officer Zahoor Ahmed back to his previous position as the Assistant Registrar in the Ministry of Housing. Meanwhile, District and Sessions Judge Malik Nazir Ahmed, who was working in the judicial service of Lahore High Court, is appointed as the IHC Member Inspection Team.
