One-wheeling during election campaigns: While the political parties are running their election campaigns, youngsters are busy in one-wheeling during rallies held on various roads of the city.

The residents of Rawalpindi urged traffic police authorities to curb one wheeling which is dangerous.

The dangerous trend of one-wheeling continued unchecked on various roads as motorcyclists, mostly teenagers, were seen riding their motorcycles at full speed on a single wheel.

The young motorcyclists, mostly without a helmet, were found on Committee Chowk underpass, 6th road, Murree road, Saidpur road, Mall road. The youngsters who resort to one-wheeling often carry out dangerous stunts like lying flat, standing on motorbikes and driving with their back towards handles.

Talking to APP, Chief Traffic Officer Syed Ishtiaq Hussain Shah said that no one would be allowed to disturb the peaceful atmosphere and election scheduled to be held on May 11th.

He said strict action would be taken against all those who indulged in such practices of one wheeling.
