Transfers and postings continue in Sindh bureaucracy

The Government of Sindh has ordered the transfers and postings of the following officers with immediate effect.
Sindh Board of Revenue Senior Member Ex-PCS (BS-21) Shahzar Shamoon has been transferred and posted until further orders as Chairman of Enquiries and Anti-Corruption Establishment, against an existing vacancy.
Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department Malik Asrar Hussain, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (BS-21), had been transferred and posted until further orders as Sindh Board of Revenue Senior Member, while Shahzar Shamoon was transferred from the same post.
Forest & Wildlife Department Secretary Muhammad Waseem, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS21) had been transferred and posted until further orders as Additional Chief Secretary Home Department, while Malik Asrar Hussain was transferred from the same post.
Fazalur Rehman, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (BS-20), had been posted until further orders as Secretary Forest & Wildlife Department, while Muhammad Waseem was transferred.
Seema Najeeb, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (BS-20) had been posted until further orders as Secretary Women Development Department, against an existing vacancy.
Muhammad Farooq Leghari, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20) had been posted until further orders as Secretary Energy Department, against an existing vacancy.
Excise & Taxation Department Secretary Dr Atta Muhammad Panhwar, an officer of PCS (BS-20), had been posted until further orders as Secretary Livestock & Fisheries Department, against an existing vacancy.
Tourism Department Secretary Muhammad Waseem Ursani, an officer of Secretariat Group (BS-20), had been transferred and posted until further orders as Secretary Excise & Taxation Department, while Dr Atta Muhammad Panhwar was transferred.
Muhammad Rashid, officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (BS-20) had been posted until further orders as Director General Sindh Provincial Services Academy, against an existing vacancy.
Provincial Ombudsman Secretariat Director General Pervez Ahmed Junejo, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20), had been transferred and posted until further orders as Secretary Katchi Abadies Department.
Katchi Abadies Department Secretary Makhdoom Shakeel-uz-Zaman, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-19), had been transferred and posted until further orders as Special Secretary (BS-20) Local Government Department, while Nazeer Hussain Jamali was transferred and directed to report to Services, General Administration & Coordination Department for further orders.
Member Chief Minister’s Inspection, Enquiries & Implementation Team Dr Iqbal Saeed, officer of PSS (BS-20), was transferred and posted until further orders as Director General Gorakh Hill Authority, against an existing vacancy.
Home Department Additional Secretary (Judicial) Riaz Ahmed Memon, an officer of PSS (BS-20), had been transferred and posted until further orders as Special Finance Secretary Excise &Taxation Department, against an existing vacancy.
Special Secretary to Governor Sindh (Governor’s Secretariat) Muhammad Akhtar Ghouri, an officer of PSS (BS-20), had been transferred and posted until further orders as Secretary to Sindh Governor (Governor’s Secretariat) against an existing vacancy.
Jinsar Ali Shah, Chief Engineer (BS-20), Works & Services Department, presently posted as Director General Chief Minister’s Inspection, Enquiries & Implementation Team, had been transferred and posted until further orders as Project Director Flood Emergency Reconstruction Project, Hyderabad, against an existing vacancy.
Ali Dino Gahoti, an officer of ex-PCS (BS-20) had been posted until further orders as Director General Bureau of Statistics, Planning & Development Department, against an existing
vacancy.
Muhammad Amin Mangrio, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20) had been posted until further orders as Secretary Sindh Public Safety Commission.
Dr Niaz Ali Abbasi, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20), Secretary, Provincial Public Safety & Police Complaints Commission has been transferred and posted until further orders as Secretary (Imp & Coord), Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, while Muhammad Misbah Tunio was transferred.
