A man was injured in a bomb attack on an auto workshop located in Orangi Town area of the metropolis in today’s wee hours, news channels reported on Friday.
According to Orangi Town SP Chaudhry Asad, some miscreants, riding a motorbike, fled after hurling explosives under a vehicle outside the showroom that caused a powerful bang which was heard far and wide.
The explosion also injured a man and damaged a vehicle parked outside the workshop.
According to the bomb disposal squad, at least two kilogrammes of explosives in the blast and the bomb was activated with a time device.
