Lightning on Wednesday killed a man in Loralai area of Balochistan.
According to details, sporadic rain which started on Monday-Tuesday night played havoc in Ziarat, Harnai, Zhob, Kalat and Mekran areas of the province.
Dozens of houses were damaged due to heavy rain and flooded streams.
Harnai-Quetta link road remained suspended as the road connecting the two cities was washed away at several places.
The affected people of the rain-hit districts have demanded that the interim provincial government ensure provision of medicines and edibles on priority basis.
