Justice Khawaja Imtiaz, heading an election tribunal on Wednesday refused to hear a plea filed over the disqualification of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif.
According to details, Justice Khawaja Imtiaz said he could not hear the plea as he had earlier given decision in favour of the Sharif family in a defaulter case.
Earlier, a petition was filed before the Election Tribunal in Lahore seeking disqualification of Nawaz Sharif on the grounds of many discrepancies and concealment in assets and income statements.
