As many as 10 passengers, including four women, lost their lives and 14 others received injuries when a bus collided with a truck on Indus Highway near Aliabad town on Tuesday.
According to Edhi Welfare Centre, the accident took place when the driver of Larkana-bound bus lost control and it collided with a truck coming from opposite direction in village Daad Shaheed.
As a result of collision, 10 died while 14 others were injured. Three bodies have been identified as that of Shamshad Begum, Zubeda and Arif while the injured persons who were shifted to Liaquat University Hospital Jamshoro have been identified as Muhammad Arif, Saeed, Liaquat, Muhammad Din, Muhammad Saleem, Imamuddin, Mohsin, Akhtar, Asif, Shakeel, Sajid Ali, Barkat Ali, Punhu Khan and Bayam.
The bodies were shifted to the mortuary of Liaquat University Hospital, the volunteers of Edhi Welfare Centre said.
