Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and former leader of opposition in the National Assembly (NA) Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan’s nomination papers were rejected from the constituency NA-53 Taxila, media sources reported on Sunday.
Per reports, Nisar’s papers were rejected for misrepresenting details of assets.
Earlier, Nisar had also been in the limelight for not being able to get his educational documents verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) which had raised a question mark over his candidature in the upcoming general elections. However, his rejection from Taxila comes owing to objections over asset details provided in his nomination papers.
Very strange his rejection is based on asset details, we know, he is not clean but all the other major players have not given their asset details either, so why accept their applications?. His will probably be excepted too, ECP is becoming a joke.

His degree has been verified by HEC. He was Captain of the cricket team of Atchison College and Imran KhanNiazi was playing under him. He did his A level from Aitchison College and graduation from Cambridge University UK
You missed the news. He claimed to hv A Level from Bern Hall which the judges rejected saying that A Level had not started in that school at that time.

I think ECP should release the details of assets to the public so that common man on the street can judge them better.
Govt should also release the information regarding , how much is the pay of president, prime minister, federal ministers and provincial ministers and their fringe benefits.
After all , this money is coming from tax payers.

This is very nice decision. Allegations raised on Ch. Nisar were correct and perfect. A man on the street can judge these allegations.

ii) Form house shown in papers was 10 kamal when purchased, increased upto 46 kamal in 2nd tenure and again decreased upto 10 kanal when tax papers were submitted.
iii)Shown Form house is not actually form house, this place has Poltry sheds and has B-2 (Industrial) meter. Who's proves were also provided to R. Officer.
He (Ch. Nisar) declared that his income and expenses are equal. Another allegation was raised that if his income and expense are equal who he purchased Mercedes amounting of Rs. 74 lac?
I will not discuss Sarwar Khan's Degree issue, we just think that he is courteous and sociable personality. He is not corrupt. If any one says he was part of Musharaf what will you say about other leaders who joint N. Sharif. Sharif Bro were crying in past that they will never accept any Lota. Where is his rules and theory.

Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has been vehement supporter of hundreds of poor widows & orphans whose land had been illegally grabbed by Malik Riaz of Bahria mafia. Chaudhry Nisar has also been the most vocal Leader of the Opposition and, being Chairman PAC, he uncovered various mega corruption scandals including those of "holy cows". The case of NLC came to Courts for the first-ever time in the history of Pakistan.

In terms of qualification, manners, abilities and service to the people, Chaudhry Nisar is far better than his opponent Ghulam Sarwar Khan a notorious landgrabber of PTI Taxila.
