Two more caretaker ministers of the Punjab Cabinet took oath of their offices at a ceremony held at the Governor’s House on Friday.
Punjab Governor Makhdoom Syed Ahmed Mahmood administered oath to Jamshed Rehmatullah and Qaisar Zulfiqar Khan. Punjab Chief Minister Najam Sethi, provincial ministers, Punjab chief secretary and other high-ranking officers were present. Punjab governor and chief minister congratulated the new provincial ministers.
Earlier, Sethi held a meeting with Mahmood and discussed matters of mutual interest. Later, the new ministers met Governor Punjab and Chief Minister.
SETHI CONGRATULATES NEW CHIEF SECRETARY:
Newly-appointed Punjab Chief Secretary Punjab Javed Iqbal called on Punjab Chief Minister Najam Sethi at Chief Minister’s Secretariat on Friday. Sethi congratulated Javed Iqbal on assuming his office.
