The forensic report of Kamran Faisal was presented in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. The report has been sent to the Registrar’s office and the court has allowed access to parties in the case.
The apex court further stated that NAB, Islamabad Police and Kamran Faisal’s father can evaluate the report after submitting a request.
During proceedings, the NAB Prosecutor General KK Agha said it was a fact finding matter whether Kamran was killed or he committed suicide. Agha added that Faisal’s father had submitted a request to become a party in the case, adding that he wanted a murder case.
“Everyone wants to know the truth,” Agha said.
Justice Khawaja remarked that police was refusing to give documents to Kamran’s father and if NAB prosecutor had any reservations he should express them.
He asked Agha to inform the court under which law Kamran’s father should not be heard.
Meanwhile, counsel for Kamran’s father, said Kamran was murdered due to his investigation into the rental power case.
