Former Balochistan advocate general (AG) Salahuddin Mengal was kidnapped from the Sariab police precicnts on Wednesday.
The Quetta DIG (operations) said that Mengal had been kidnapped by unidentified armed men from outside his home on Raza Mohammad Street.
Witnesses said as many as five unidentified men abducted the former official at gunpoint as he was coming out of his car outside his home.
