A Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) worker on Tuesday tried to set herself on fire to protest against non-provision of party ticket for the upcoming general election.
According to media reports, dejected Sakina Mengal sprinkled kerosene oil over her body and tried to set herself on fire outside Quetta Press Club.
However, the other workers and journalists present on the scene intervened and saved her.
