At least five NATO containers were torched on Monday by unknown militants in Bolan district of Balochistan.
According to media reports, the NATO containers were carrying back supplies from Afghanistan to Port Qasim.
Sources revealed that that four militants riding motorcycles opened fire on the containers in the Kambiri area of Bolan district. The drivers survived the attack.
Levies said that the armed men set containers in fire after the drivers fled from the site.
The attackers managed to escape from the scene after the attack. The area was corned off by police personnel and a search is currently underway in the mountainous region.
There has been no claim of responsibility of the attack so far.
