Two suspected militants planning to attack Musharraf held in Rawalpindi

Intelligence officials on Saturday arrested two suspected militants from a house on Adiala Road, who were allegedly planning an attack on former President Pervez Musharraf.

Intelligence sources said besides detaining the two suspects, six rocket launchers, 6 kg of explosive material and 18 detonators were also recovered from the alleged terrorists.

The suspects were identified as Siddique Khayali and Shakir who were activists of Ghazi Force and have been shifted to an unknown location for interrogation.

Intelligence officials said that during preliminary investigation, it was revealed that both were planning to target Pervez Musharraf.
