Now that Anti-Terrorism Courts, Special Courts, NAB and Customs courts have been established in Islamabad, the cases of Islamabad court, presently being heard in Rawalpindi, will be shifted back to Islamabad’s courts.
This transfer of around 1000 cases would be finalised in April.
The 1000 cases are currently being heard in eight courts of Rawalpindi and would be shifted back to the courts of Islamabad. These cases include Mumbai-attack conspiracy case, cases regarding attacks on NATO containers, murder of former Attorney General Sardar Ahmed, Hajj-scandal against Hamid Saeed Kazmi, real estate fraud case by former MNA Anjum Aqeel and former Secretary Establishment Ismail Qureshi.
In addition, the cases being heard in NAB Courts, including OGRA Corruption Case, and a reference against Khurram Rasool would also be heard in the courts of Islamabad.

It is for the information that one of the agency named “THE OVERSEAS RECRUITERS” with GOVT LIC. # MPD/2231/RWP, address “House # 11, Block-D, Opposite to PTCL Exchange, 7th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpinidi-Pakistan.
The above mention agency is working to collect Manpower from Pakistan and deploy them in the different states of UAE. I am the one who is selected by the same agency and right now I am in Dubai. During my stay i came to know that they are killing the Pakistani Peoples financial and also mentally. As i come across such type of experience over here.
They didn’t do this act only with me but also with other Pakistanis as well, I have all proofs against them. I am from the last Four months over here, in first two months he tried a lot about to make illegal relation with me as he is such kind of person, I cant tell you this in clear, however when I became fed-up from his behavior , I place the case against him in the Labour LAW UAE and also in the LAW of Pakistan. As I said that I am not the only one to be trapped in such type of situation, on the time I will provide all proofs against this agency.
I know that i don’t have the power to close or cancel this agency, but i can make a request to please take an action against them, it will be better to take notice of all recruiting agencies in Pakistan.
During my sty i also came to know that they get free visas from the companies and sell it on high cost in Pakistan on innocent and Poor Peoples.
They take the money from the candidates and transfer to their account and take interests on that amount, after taking money from the candidate they hold the candidates from 5 Months to Years, you can also take a notice of that by your good self.
I am the elder daughter and sister in my home and i came here to do some thing for my family to help them financially as my father is no more in this world, May Allah give peace to his sole.
It is utmost request from your good-self to pay attention towards such type of agencies who are killing the innocent Pakistanis financially and morally.
I am not saying to take action against this agency but it is my keen desire that investigate through your own sources, so that you will be able to take all legal proofs and can precede the case legally.
I have already contacted to different organization including police and Ministry of Interior affairs but all in vain. I hope you will consider my request keeping in view the harsh and critical situation of all poor Pakistanis in UAE.

The Procedure they adopted to make Pakistani Peoples fool as follows:
1. They advertise fake add in the news papers of Pakistan
2. Collection of Passport and academic documents from candidates
3. Give the date for interview
4. Fake interview on skype or arrange fake delegations and say that they are from the company
5. After Interview they will handover the medical slip to trap you and keep your Passport and all documents with them
6. After Mediacl they will demand 50% of the total amount
7. As you handover the amount, consider that you are fully trapped
8. They will give you the time for visa, but at the time they will make excuses and direct you to wait.
9. When you became fed-up, for visiting their office for a couple of times, they start miss behave and will refuse to handover you the passport.
10. And when you demand for your 50% Money they will say that it will take time.
IT IS REQUESTED TO EVERY INNOCENT PAKISTANI THAT PLEASE BEWARE OF SUCH CHEATERS AS THEY ARE THE KILLERS OF OUR YOUTH, SHARE THIS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

Even I got my passport back and refused to take medical exam. I advise all my brothers and sisters to first confirm the job details and company that is recruiting and don't become an easy prey.
