Purchase of wheat at government purchase centres in Rawalpindi will start from April 15.
Punjab Food Department Director Captain (r) Usman Younas said that the distribution of gunny bags among farmers would start from mid-April. He said this while presiding over a meeting regarding the purchase of wheat along with DCO Rawalpindi Saqib Zafar. The director said that the purchase would continue for 45 days including Sundays.
