Actress Angelina Jolie was spotted wearing a `mysterious` gold band on her ring finger, where her giant platinum engagement sparkler used to be, during a trip to a rescue camp in the Democratic Republic of Congo this week. The Maleficent actress and special envoy of the United Nations’’ refugee agency was in Africa with British Foreign Secretary William Hague to raise awareness of war zone rape in the Congo and Rwanda, the US Magazine reported. Earlier Brat Pitt and Jolie have said that they wouldn’t tie the knot until the ban on gay marriage would be lifted, but in January 2012, Pitt hinted that they had changed their minds. On Monday, March 25, the Academy Award winner visited a rescue camp to meet with survivors of sexual violence. Jolie, who has six kids with longtime love Pitt, pledged last year to devote more time to her humanitarian work.
