The Supreme Court (SC) has allowed father of late Kamran Faisal, NAB inquiry officer in the rental power case, to become party in his son’s murder case.
A two-member SC bench presided over by Justice Jawad S Khwaja took up Kamran Faisal murder case for hearing on Tuesday.
NAB Prosecutor General KK Agha requested the court that he was preoccupied in other cases, therefore, the hearing of the case might be adjourned.
Faisal’s father said he had filed an application in the court based on evidence in regard to the murder of his son. He requested the court to hear his application as well.
The court allowed him to become party in the case and issued notices to the persons concerned.
The hearing of the case was put off until April 3.
