Police and rangers have arrested four terrorists belonging to banned outfits from Manghopir and Northern by-pass areas and have seized weapons and explosives from their possession.
According to media reports, a police team from Pirabad Police Station conducted a raid in Manghpir area on Sunday and arrested two key terrorists, namely Qari Akhtar and Maiyam Mehsoods from the area.
Nine ball bombs, detonators, a suicide jacket and other tools and explosives used in terrorism activities, were recovered from possession of the arrested terrorists.
The arrested terrorists have confessed of killing three police officials and polio team members in Ittehad Town.
Meanwhile, rangers arrested two more terrorists of a banned outfit from Northern by-pass and seized a suicide jacket, fuse and detonator from their possession.
