Two eyewitnesses changed their statements and refused to identify four accused including Shahrukh Jatoi during the hearing of Shahzeb Khan’s murder case in the Karachi Registry of the Supreme Court.

The reason given by the eyewitnesses for not recognizing was that there was no electricity in the apartments at the time of the incident.

‘Due to darkness we are unable to identify them’, they said.

Shahzeb, the 20-year-old son of a police officer, was shot dead in his car on December 25, 2012, in the upscale Defence neighborhood of Karachi. NNI

    • You do not have a law in Pakistan, I think, where these people can be charged with wasting police time and also perverting the course of public justice.

We recently had a former minister, conservative MP Jonathan Atkins and his ex-wife sent to prison (different prisons not the same) for doing he same in the UK.

If there is a law like this in Pakistan than superior judiciary must take notice.

  1. gowah ko tahafaz kon aur kaisay dayga!Get rid of the killing system that helps the corrupt and criminals to escape justice exploiting the technicalities of law and threat to witnesses!

  2. What amount these eyewitnesses were bought for? Please let us know. Attempted Rape of Justice…. what else.

  3. Must be the reason of threat given to the eye witness
Pakistan = peace (obviously if people get killed, who will speak) PEACE 🙂
