After the last day of registration of voters across the country on Friday, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) released final statistics on voters.
According to figures, there are 86.1 million voters in total. Out of these, 48.5 million are male while 37.5 million are female.
Punjab has the largest number of registered voters at 49.3 million, while the total number of registered voters in Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan is 18.7 million, 12.3 million and 3.349 million respectively.
In FATA, the total number of voters is 1.751 million while there are 621,000 voters in the federal capital.
