The flower market was completed at the cost of Rs 2.6 million where people would be given shops via open tenders.

PHA Managing Director Capt (R) Mushtaq said that a detailed strategy had been formed to make Rawalpindi a clean and green city. He said that for the first time in the history of Rawalpindi a flower market had been constructed.

The managing director said PHA had also upgraded the Ladies Park in Satellite Town.
