Karachi violence claims another 11 lives

At least 11 more people, including a political worker, were killed in separate incidents of firing and violence in various areas of the metropolis on Thursday.

Per details, a 19-year boy, Khalid, was shot dead while he was standing outside his house in SarjaniTown. Another man, Imran Haider Naqvi, was gunned down by unknown miscreants in Gulbahar Colony.

Separately, two groups engaged in an armed clash in Gulshan-e-Iqbal resulting in the death of Nadeem Magsi.

A tortured human body was recovered near Super Market on Super Highway. In another incident, a shopkeeper was shot to death in ShahLatifTown.

Also, Huzaifa was killed in a firing incident in Kemari’s Masan Road.

Three other people were killed in separate firing incidents near Nazimabad Matric Board Office, Lyari’s Miran Naka and BoatBasin areas.

Meanwhile, gunfire at a wedding ceremony held in Bhains Colony resulted in the death of 15-year Mir Murtaza, while a 12-year child Zafar was left injured.

Sukhan police arrested the man responsible for firing.
