Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) MPA Khalid Waran on Wednesday announced his intention to join Pakistan Muslim-League-Nawaz (PML-N).
The MPA called on Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif at Model Town and expressed his intention to join PML-N. He also expressed trust in Nawaz Sharif’s leadership.
Welcoming Waran to his party, Shahbaz said the PML-N government had established new records of public service by initiating development projects worth billions of rupees.
He said PML-N had worked to serve the masses during the last five years and had pursued a policy of development and merit, eliminating the culture corruption and nepotism.
“The Punjab government has provided the best services to the people through good governance and transparency,” the chief minister said.
Waran said said that Shahbaz Sharif had served the masses day and night during the last five years and completing record development work throughout the province. He said he was looking forward to working as a member of the PML-N to serve the citizens of the country.
