The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday declared the appointment of the new prosecutor in Shahzeb Khan murder case as illegal.
The SHC single-member bench comprising of Justice Maqbool Baqar heard a petition pertaining to the appointment of the new prosecutor in his chamber.
The SHC termed the appointment illegal and directed the Sindh prosecutor general to appoint another prosecutor instead.
