Assistant Professor of Medicine in Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, Dr. Asad Usman was shot dead along with his guard in Nazimabad area of Karachi.
According to police, the Doctor was leaving the hospital in his car along with his security guard when unknown gunmen attacked and killed them on the spot.
Dr Usman also served as the Medical Superintendent in the same hospital.
Sources said that Dr. Usman was receiving threats since last six months due to which he was provided a police guard.
The only solution of this problem is that Army must take charge of Karachi

I feel so sad about his death he is not only a dr but a very humble and kind person.I do not express my feelings about his death.Everyone have to die but people like him does deserve a death like this?Does anyone knows why the man who spread life reward a death like this?

why not any body is confessing that he wass MQM man and sector in charge of MQM for long time ago.It was his attachment that he was allotted this post of MS although he didnt qualify for it if considered on merit basis.If we dont try to at least speak truth then how can we come to conclusion what is going on around us.
Dr. Asad Usman was a very nice person.he meet his patient not as a Dr.but as a family member.i m trying to meet him in this month for monthly checkup of my mother. May Allah rest his soul in peace and place him in Jannat Aameen.
In the end, it doesn’t matter what political party anyone belongs to or doesn’t belong to. What matters is what kind of human being you are. Dr. Usman was a son of all Pakistan.
His life’s work was to save the lives of people from any and every political party. That was the path he chose. He helped those that were poor and in need. He was a good husband, father, brother and friend. He was an honest and kind man.
One could argue about the rights and wrongs of politics all day…..but you cannot argue about a good man.
