HEC was committed to arrange training for the top management of intuitions of higher learning under its Modern University Governance Programme.
In addition to the conceptual framework of the aforementioned areas, the participants visited the Universities of Leicester and Coventry for getting first hand experience.
Separate themes based on meetings were held where the participants were briefed about the structure and workings of universities.
Topics of common interest and collaboration were also discussed.
The batch, on its return, would cascade their learning experience with their counterparts in regional clusters across Pakistan with the purpose to enable all HEIs across Pakistan to adopt best strategic management and planning models.
