The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday barred the Ministry of Religious Affairs from allocating quota to haj tour operators until the court’s next order.
During the hearing of a case pertaining to Haj Policy 2013, the LHC remarked that the allotment of the quota was apparently based on malafide intention.
The court issued notices to the federation and the Ministry of Religious Affairs in this regard.
