Four people were arrested and 15 kites and 15 twine packs were impounded out of which 10 kites and 10 chemically laced twines were impounded from Waqas Nazir and Kashif of Chaklala Scheme 1, and 5 kites and 5 chemically laced twines from Khawar Masih of Jhanda Chichi. Cases were registered against them under the Kite-Flying Act.
