Unidentified gunmen gunned down a security guard of a private bus terminal in the precincts of Pirwadhai Police Station on Saturday and threw away his body in a deserted place.
Police reached the scene and took the body into custody. The deceased was identified as Shahid, son of Liaqat. SHO Pirwadhai Khan Shabir claimed that the deceased was living in Meharabad at a rented house and hailed from Faisalabad. The body was shifted to a hospital for medico-legal formalities and was later handed over to the family. ONLINE
Meanwhile, the police registered a case against unknown criminals and initiated an investigation.
