The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) led government made drastic bureaucratic reshuffling in various provincial departments on Friday, just one day before expiry of its five-year tenure.
The Services, General Administration and Coordination Departments, through issuing separate notifications, notified the transfers and postings of the secretaries of various provincial departments.
Mohsin S Haqqani, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (BS-21), previously awaiting posting, had been posted as Industries and Commerce Department secretary, while relieving Rizwan Ahmed to join his new assignment.
General Administration and Coordination Department Additional Chief Secretary (Services) Muhammad Naseer Jamali, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (BS-21), had been posted as the Labour Department secretary, while relieving Mukhtar Hussain Soomro to join his new assignment till further orders.
An officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (BS-21) and Finance Department Secretary Naveed Kamran Baloch had been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sindh Chief Minister’s Secretariat, while Muhammad Siddiqui Memon was transferred.
Sohaib Mir Memon, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (BS-21) had been posted as General Administration and Coordination Department Secretary (GA0 Services while relieving Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah to join his new assignment.
Furthermore, Muhammad Misbah Tunio, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (BS-21), had been posted as General Administration and Coordination Department Secretary (I&C) Services, while relieving Muhammad Nawaz Naseem to join his new assignment.
Muhammad Hussain Syed, an officer of Ex-PCS (BPS-20), had been posted as Inter Provincial Coordination Department secretary, relieving Kaleemullah Lashari of the additional charge.
Rehabilitation Department Secretary Ghulam Mustafa Phull, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20) had been posted as Livestock and Fisheries Department secretary and he would also hold the post of Rehabilitation Department secretary till further orders.
Moreover, Finance Department Special Secretary Lt (r) Ejaz Ahmed Khan, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (BS-20), had transferred and posted as Coal and Energy Development Department secretary against an existing vacancy.
Imdad Memon, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20) and member of Provincial Election Authority, had been transferred and posted as Finance Department Special Secretary.
General Provincial Ombudsman Secretariat Director Pervez Ahmed Junejo, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20), had been transferred and posted as Katchi Abadis Department secretary while replacing Muhammad Jaffar Abbasi.
Energy Department Secretary Muhammad Sohail Rajput, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (BS-20), had been transferred and posted as Finance Department Secretary, while Naveed Kamran Baloch was transferred.
Meanwhile, Aftab Ahmed Khatri, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20), previously awaiting posting, had been posted as Minorities Affairs Department secretary against an existing vacancy.
