US officials praised India’s constructive role in Afghanistan and said both Washington and New Delhi share the same goal in war-torn nation.
US Department of State spokesman Victoria Nuland praising India’s support in the rebuilding of Afghanistan said both New Delhi and Washington share the same goal in the war-torn nation.
She said, “We certainly have the same goal, which is an Afghanistan that can secure itself and that can have a prosperous, stable future, can be a good neighbour to India and everybody else in its region.”
India’s extended financial support to Afghanistan to Afghanistan was also appreciated by United States.
Nuland said, “India is providing a lot of support for police and other economic assistance to Afghanistan.
She also added the two countries support a peaceful, stable and secure Afghanistan.
Yes both share same goal for attacking and destabilizing Pakistan.

Respectfully,I do not agree with Ms Nuland.
It is my view ,that Afghanistan must remain free of any and all Indian influence,either economic or strategic.
The only reason(s) India is in Afghanistan is to take advantage of the tension ,artificially created by certain factions in Afghanistan with Pakistan right , after it’s creation in 1947.
Afghanistan must scrap,it’s strategic pact with India and must move to recognize “Durand Line ” as international border between Pakistan and Afghaniistan
Durand line was made by British for division of Pakhtoons. Why Pakis are so fascinated everything of British origin. As a token of friendship, Pakistan should give its Pakhtooni areas to Taliban. And similarly, Afganistan should give some Pakhtooni areas for creation of "Pakhtoonistan". They will remain there happily fighting each other and Pakistan/Afganistan will be terror free.
