Suddle elected IPA president unopposed

Former inspector general of police Dr Shaoib Suddle has been elected has been elected the president of International Police Association (IPA, Pakistan Section). The decision to elect Suddle as an unopposed candidate was taken at the meeting of National Council, International Police Association (IPA, Pakistan Section), held here at Police Line Headquarters, attended by the representatives of regional council of provinces and members of National Executive Committee. During the meeting held with a purpose to elect the National Executive Committee for the next three years, voting was conducted under supervision of DIG (r) Ch Tasadduq Hussein for other slots of vice president, secretary general, assistant secretary general and treasurer. Additional IG Rasool Bakhsh Sand from Sindh was elected the vice president, SSP (Security) Islamabad Mir Vais Niaz was elected the secretary general and Abdul Khaliq Ansari was named assistant treasurer, while Pervez Butt was elected treasurer.
