The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the government and provincial inspector general to submit a fresh report over Balochistan situation.
A two-member bench of the supreme court headed by Justice Gulzar resumed hearing of Balochistan unrest and Quetta carnage case.
During case proceeding, the counsel for the Balochistan government informed the bench that every possible step is being taken to eradicate terrorism from the province.
IG Balochistan also told court that a strategy has been evolved to improve the performance of police.
Later, the case hearing was adjourned for two weeks.
