Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf is expected to visit India on Saturday for a day-long pilgrimage to pray at the shrine of Sufi saint Hazrat Khwaja Gharib Nawaz in Ajmer Sharif in Rajasthan. According to an official source, the prime minister would be in India on Saturday and would be accompanied by his family and other officials. According to the source, the prime minister is not expected to meet any Indian political leaders. “This is clearly a religious and spiritual trip,” the source said. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena strongly opposed the upcoming visit of Prime Minister Parvez Ashraf saying that the PM should be allowed in India only if he brings with him the severed head of the Indian soldier allegedly killed on the Line of Control (LoC) in January. “The government should not roll out the red carpet for the Pakistani prime minister till he gets back the severed head of the Indian soldier killed on the LoC,” senior Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said.He urged all political parties to oppose the visit of Pervez Ashraf.
