The FIR of the Abbas Town blast has been registered by the police against unidentified people in Sachal police station, two days after the terrorist attack.
There is still no clue about the car in which the explosive material was planted. The FIR states that 49 persons died and 140 were wounded in a car bomb blast. The government has announced compensations for the affected families and has constituted a committee comprising of the officers of the law enforcing agencies to investigate the incident.
On the other hand, tensions prevailed in several areas of the city including Sohrab Goth.
