The Lahore Transport Company in collaboration with Turkish Company, Platform, will introduce 37 new Ankai buses on urban routes B-1 (RA Bazar to Secretariat), B-52 (Railway Station to Sharqpur), and B-41 (Railway Station to Liaqatabad). Modernised, efficient and affordable transport facilities will be provided to the general public of these areas.
This was stated by LTC Chief Executive Officer Khawaja Haider Latif after signing ceremony held between Turkish Company Platform and the LTC at its headquarter. Platform Managing Director Veysel Mahmut and CEO Khawaja Haider Latif singed the documents. Platform Finance Director Ahmed Shimshik, Chief Operating Officer Umar Pirzada, Chief Financial Officer Maryiam Khawar were also present on the occasion.
CEO KHAWAJA HAIDER LATIF IS PARTICULARLY AND CHIEF MINISTER SHAHBAZ SHARIEF IS REQUESTED TO RESUME THE ROUTS NO.1 AND 3 FROM SANDHA KALAN TO AIR PORT AND SANDHA KALAN TO RAILWAY STATION,LAHOTR VISE VERSA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS THE RESIDENTS OF THESE LOCALTIES ARE FACING HUGE TRANSPORT PROBLEMS.THEY ARE ALSO REQUESTED TO AMEND THE AGE LOMOT OF SENIORS FROM 65 TO 60 YEARS.
