Federal Minister for Political Affairs Maula Bakhsh Chandio on Monday said that PPP introduced a policy of reconciliation in the national politics to nourish democracy.
Talking journalists, he said that many alliances had been formed against PPP in the past and formation of new alliances against PPP is nothing new for the party.
He said; “we are ready to hold talks with any one including MQM. PPP will repeat history in Sindh and we will work with our alliance partners.”
He said that PPP is not afraid of nationalists and the confusion regarding as such would settle in due passage of time.
Replying to a question he said that ANP and MQM are still support PPP and Ideological politics still exists in Pakistan. He said that “it is only false propaganda which maintains that ideological politics has no room in Pakistan.
He said that voters still consider PPP as a party of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and the main reason behind the strength of PPP is its ideology.
He said that the elections would be held on time in free, fair and transparent manners under the banner of the independent Election Commission.
The minister said that PPP led government succeeded to strengthen democracy in the country and opposition had also played its positive role in this regard.
