The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday barred the Ministry of Religious Affairs from allocating quota to haj tour operators till next order.
During the hearing of a case pertaining to Haj Policy 2013, the LHC barred the ministry from allotment of quota to the haj tour operators. Moreover, the court issued notices to the federation and the Ministry of Religious Affairs for March 18 and adjourned the hearing.
