Speaker, Sindh Assembly, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro exercising his powers under Rule 30 of Rules of Procedure of provincial assembly, adjourned the sitting of the house scheduled to be held on Monday (today).
In an order issued late last night, Speaker said that the sitting will now be held on Wednesday March 06, 2013 at 10.00a.m.
The sitting of the provincial assembly was adjourned to mourn the death of over 45 innocent people in bomb blast at Abbas Town Karachi on Sunday evening.
Meanwhile, an official handout said Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah had requested the Speaker on phone for adjourning the sitting. Sindh government had declared Monday Day of Mourning.
