The Supreme Court of Pakistan rejected Thatta SSP and Hyderabad SSP’s petitions against suspension on Friday and said that the officers should resolve cases against them, Pakistan Today has learnt.
Submitted by Hyderabad SSP Farrukh Basheer and Thatta SSP Jan Sarhandi , the petitions said that the suspension was done in an illegal manner and that they should be reinstated.
The apex court’s Karachi registry remarked in response that the petitioners should resolve the cases filed against them before petitioning to the court.
The court rejected the petition submitted by the officers requesting for their reinstatement.
