A parliamentary delegation headed by Law Minister Farooq H. Naik called on Chief Election Commissioner Fakhr Uddin G. Ebrahim in Islamabad on Thursday and discussed various aspects of the election process.
Sources told that the lawmakers exchanged views over verification of parliamentarians’ degrees and fake academic documents. Chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC) Dr Javaid Laghari was also attended the meeting. The delegation included Bushra Gohar, Zahid Hamid, S Iqbal Qadri Zafar Baig Batni and others.
