3 Indian prisoners, 7 fishermen released

Ansar Burney Trust International Vice Chairman Syed Fahad Burney said the Pakistan government released seven Indian fishermen and three prisoners on Thursday and sent them to Lahore to hand them over to Indian authorities at Wagah Border.
Fahad Burney appreciated the Pakistan government for releasing the fishermen and other foreign prisoners on humanitarian grounds.
He said seven the Indian fishermen were released from Landhi Jail, Karachi, and three prisoners were released from Punjab jails to hand them over to Indian authorities at Wagah Border on Friday.
All expenses to send prisoners to India were borne by the Ansar Burney Trust on humanitarian grounds, he said.
