Three fall prey to bullets

As least three people were killed in different firing incidents and mishaps in the city here on Tuesday.
A 27-year-old man, Mansoor Ahmed, son of Sher Bahadur Ali, was gunned down by unidentified armed men in Delhi Colony, Street No 15, within the limits of Ferer police station. The body was moved to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medico-legal formalities.
Police said the victim was standing outside his home late night when armed men targeted him.
Separately, 32-year-old Imran, son of Hajji Muhammad Sultan, was wounded in firing incident by unknown armed men in Lines Area within the jurisdiction of Brigade police station. The injured was rushed to JPMC where he died during the treatment.
Similarly, the body of a man bearing bullet marks was found from a graveyard in Saeedabad, Baldia Town, Sector No 9, within the precincts of Saeedabad police station. The body was moved to Civil Hospital Karachi for an autopsy. The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained yet.
Meanwhile, 25-year-old Lal Masih, son of Younis Masih, was crushed to death by a speeding train near Malir Railway Station. The body was brought to JPMC for an autopsy. The rescue sources said the body was divided into two pieces.
The man was crossing the railway track when the incident took place.
