Lawyers continued their protest on the 13th consecutive day on Saturday to press their demand of establishment of a Lahore High Court bench at Faisalabad.
After the protest, judicial activities in Faisalabad remained suspended and litigants faced a great deal of difficulties. The lawyers also staged a sit-in at Katchery Bazaar Chowk and Zila
Council Chowk. They chanted slogans for their demand and vowed to continue their protest till the acceptance of their demands.
They also warned to besiege the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Lahore from Monday if their demand was not accepted.
