The US Senate Committee on Foreign Relations met Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Nawaz Sharif on Friday.
According to the sources, two sides exchanged views on Pak-US ties.
The US ambassador to Islamabad Richard Olson was also present in the meeting.
Nawaz Sharif was assisted by Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and former Pakistani envoy Tariq Fatimi.
