National Assembly Leader of Opposition Chaudry Nisar Ali Khan on Wednesday, in a letter to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), registered his protest over the “highly objectionable letter” by the ECP.

According to details, Nisar wrote in the letter that the ECP should address and treat parliamentarians with respect instead of maligning their name and publicly humiliating them.

The letter further said that the decision of the Supreme Court required ECP to act against those accused of corruption and the SC had every right to verify their educational degree and certificates. He wrote that the decision by the Supreme Court did not permit the ECP publicly humiliate the parliamentarians. Furthermore, he said that the parliamentarians should be addressed in a roper and civil manner without threatening them with criminal cases.

Nisar said in the letter that he had submitted his O and A level certificates to the ECP authorities before the 2002 election.

  1. Chd. Nisar.. Are you trying to make the Dual Court of Justice.? Law has one language for all and so for you. Shut your mouth and prove what court of law is asking for..! Mr.Bean

  2. What nisar is afraid of,ECP asked you what it has to,why u afraid of if are right, getting angry is no defence and no justification, nor blaming the ECP if you have weaknesses in you then only u are shouting .What respect u talk about, for looters, fake degree holders and cheaters and posers.

  3. I am amazed…
MPs can make laws taxing citizens but not pay taxes
MPs can own non duty paid cars,Prados etc and cry when their non-duty paid cars are stopped
MPs can move around with armed guards, but when someone asks the source of money to maintain these guards, they object
MPs want to rule over poor citizens, but their families have citizenships of other countries
MPs send their children for overseas education but they do not pay taxes hence their source of income is dubious.
This time around, let honest tax paying MPs get elected with clean background
